The over production of stomach acid can lead to stomach or duodenal ulcers, or gastro-esophageal disease. Dosage Typically, you will be prescribed 1 capsule in the morning before a meal. However you should only use this medication as directed by your doctor. Do not stop taking Lanzap unless you have consulted your doctor first. It can take several days before you notice significant improvement in your condition.
